Shame oln you for driving and talking on your cellphone. People have died because of accidents caused by people like you. That very recent train crash killing 25 people was caused by the train driver looking at his cell phone to make text messages.
Yeah that wasn't an answer buddy, ppl won't use this service if they feel as though they will be lambasted for asking questions. To answer the question, I don't know exactly how much they charge in NJ but NY its $125 and there are no points added to your license.
