I had a friend of mine who walked everyday around the high school track for a really long time and she never went into labor. She tried everything, short of castor oil. She ended up having to have a c-section, but she did not say why she had to have one. I too walked miles when 4 days overdue and ended up being induced 4 days after that.
If the labor process has already started, it can help speed up labor. It is not likely that walking alone would start labor where it has not yet begun.

well u can use stool softener that would help..
This is way too early to go into labor as your baby is not yet ready to live in the outside world. Babies are not considered fully mature until at least 37 weeks, and even then some of them will need longer. A baby born at 34 weeks is considered to be premature, and may well have to have special care to enable them to breathe. Trying to bring on labor at this stage will not work. The methods usually used will only increase the chances of going into labor if the body is ready to give birth anyway. This is not the case at 34 weeks.
Many women start leaking colustrum during pregnancy, which is normal and does not mean you are going into labor.
Sorry to say that no, walking does not induce labor. Walking can help get baby into a good position so that labor begins when your body and baby are ready. It can also help contractions (after labor begins) to get regular or to continue.

That's a lot of help Not really
Walking!
not really... If you have a big butt you are going to live with it the rest of your life. And if you want to go on a diet to loose some of your butt then go ahead.
well it all depends on how far dilated you are...and if you dilate quickly...every person is different...walking helps send you into labor...but if your water breaks try to walk as little as possible if the embilical cord falls out before the baby comes it can cause internal bleeding and harm the baby Answer If it is your first baby it is quite normal for the head to engage by 36 weeks and has no bearing on how soon you will go into labor. Walking does NOT help you go into labor, once you are in labor it may help speed things along but that is all. If the head is engaged the umbilical cord is not going to fall out but if the waters break you should go to the hospital as after 24 hours there is a danger of infection.
I think yes it would help you go into labor then have good sex and a warm bath n you will go into labor
You and your friends can dress up really, really whacky then go walking around in stores!
I've tried it all... my #1 recommendation is walking. Lots of walking! Castor oil only messes you up, sex can soften the cervix, but walking helps everything right along :)
A vechicle helps you by helping you go to distant places that you cannot go by walking and makes work easy for you.
