It depends on your current weight and daily caloric intake. Some people could lose up to ten pounds if their intake is high and they completely avoid any calories for two days. However, doing so is not healthy at all. It depends on your size, muscle tone and exercise level. If you're out of shape, you won't loose much, you'd be better to go low fat/low carb and high protein high fiber with a good exercise program.

You should not be doing that. That is not very healthy for you not to eat for 2 weeks. It is actually very stupid. You need to start exercising, eating more fruit and veggies, and drinking more water. Not eating will cause significant damage to your body.

I am pretty sure that you would die if you didn't eat for a week i think that you should talk to your doctor first about it just to make sure that it is safe i know it is not healthy and i don't think that you should do because you are perfect the way you are and you don't need to change but i am sure that everyone needs to take off a couple pounds but not eating for a week could really mess you up

When I did this I lost 20 lbs .. its very hard for ur mind and body but when I started to eat again I ate soup And tuna fish n didn't gain it back .. while on it drink plenty of lemonade and water

Depends on your weight, height, age, and a million other things, but when you go back to eating, you'll put it all back on because you will be eating the same way.

If you want to lose weight, stop looking for miracle solutions or quick results. The ones that exist either don't work, are incredibly dangerous, or only work for a week at max.

Change your diet. Eat healthier and exercise.

I reckon you could lose between 1.5 - 2 stone, depends on your build and how overweight you are. I'm going to try not eating for a fortnight to, just drinking water and goin out for walks. =D

You probably won't lose much. If you stop eating your body starts an emergency mode where it starts storing fat and slowing down your metabolism so it actually works against you.
