You don't have to worry about losing weight on 500 cal. a week. You won't last very long. People who are on diets normally eat from 1000cal to 1800 cal. a day....not a week. That is not healthy or safe.
Okay. First of all, you have to consider your age, your height, and your BMI. If your BMI is healthy, than you really shouldn't try to lose a drastic amount of weight like that. That's borderline anorexia, basically. It's almost exercise bulimia. 500 calories is not a healthy diet for ANYONE. 1200 calories is the basic amount when you don't exercise. To answer your question, you probably WILL lose most of the fat you want to burn. You should, however, consider that this is probably leading to an eating disorder, and like all drastic crash diets, it comes with a price. Don't torture yourself for an unreachable goal, an unrealistic standard that 0.1% of the population measures up to. If you want to lose weight be realistic, and consider your health. It's not how many calories you eat, it's WHAT you eat. If you eat 500 calories of donuts and soda you're not going to get the results you want. Exercise MODERATELY, eat a planned diet of good things, like veggies and fruits, and definitely don't deprive yourself of food. You'll end up hurting more than just yourself.
Not much, in fact you can actually gain weight.
By consuming so few calories (only 500) your body goes into starvation mode and your metabolism actually begins slowing down, so as soon as you give it any form of food it will hold on to it and even store it as fat.
If you exercise and cut calories in a healthy way the average person can lose up to 2 lbs a week-
If you go on a 'fluid diet' you can lose up to 8lbs but it is mostly all water weight, that will come right back as soon as you start to eat normally again.
If you are eating 1500 calories a day you will lose 1 lb. if you are eating 1200 calories you will lose 1.6 lbs.
It all depends on how much exercise you are putting in and how many calories you are burning.
About 40 pounds but i wouldnt recommend eating 1000 calories it damages your organs in leads into death.
You will lose weight extremly fast but when you start to eat properly again youl put twice as much on!
Weight loss depends not on what you eat, but rather how many calories you consume. You can lose weight eating whatever you want, so long as you consume fewer calories than you burn.
probably 1 every two days,if you exercise too.
This is extremely dangerous. Please strive to eat at least 1000 calories a day. You will lose weight that way with proper exercise and plenty of water.
This question does not make sense. It all depends on how many calories you are easting now. For ever 3,500 calories less you eat, you will loss a pound
As much as you want
The most important thing is to actually have the will to lose weight. This is not only possible by just doing additional exercises. In order to reduce the amount of fat and too much calories it's essential to also adapt the eating habits.
Eating only a low calorie diet is a way to lose weight. But, simply taking in fewer calories is not the whole story. The reason Weight Watchers works is that in addition to a lower calorie diet, it encourages you to eat healthier calories (i.e. an apple as opposed to a chocolate bar for a snack) and it also emphasizes group support in its meetings to help provide reinforcement for losing weight. So while eating fewer calories will help you to lose weight, if coupled with an organized plan it can be much more effective.
about 30 calories
