As much as you want. But, it depends on the salad. Dressings are often very heavy on fat and calories, especially creamy dressings like ranch or blue cheese. Although they don't photograph salads this way, the best way to ensure good dressing flavor with minimum dressing is to measure out a serving of dressing (read the bottle) put it in a bowl with the salad and toss them together to get a little dressing on every piece. Adding "crispy" (aka fried) chicken or any other fatty food is also a way to make your salad less lean. Try grilled chicken or fish. Hope this helps!
I eat a salad with fat-free toppings (i.e.- fat free dressing, fat free cheese, etc.) And I also complement it with chicken breast. Then I take a thirty minute bicycle ride. For dinner, I eat only chicken, then do ab workouts, such as sit-ups and leg raises. I have lost exactly 20 pounds in one month's time. Eating only a salad does not give you vital nutrients key to losing weight. You need protein, and believe it or not, calories to speed up your metabolism.
Other then starving yourself of proper and needed nutrients by only eating salad you not going to loose weight in a healthy way. Its just like a yo yo diet once you go back to eating normally you'll gain all the weight back maybe even more becasue your metablism had fallen during the diet. The only REAL way to lose weight and KEEP it off is through both eating healthy and EXCERCISE! Then WHEN you slip up on your diet you arent going to undo all the work you tried so hard to achieve because your metabism will be boosted and be able to combat our lack of self restraint for the SSOOOOO good treats and snacks.
That's a silly and pointless diet that will only make you sick. With a sensible, sustainable diet you can lose 8-12 pounds in a month w/o risking your health and still have energy enough to follow your regular life - a far better option.
All of it. Lettuce is mostly water and has almost no calories. So essentially you are starving yourself. Anorexia is cheaper.
The main thing you will lose in that diet is your health, so don't even try it. That's far too little to get by on, you'll get sick.
You'll end up dieing of starvation.

Probably not. Especially not if you are using the salad's dressing. Eating a food will not make you lose weight, but eating the right food will lessen the weight you gain. Exercise will help you lose weight.
Not necessarily, as eating healthily can only counteract eating an appropriate portion, if you still eat 4,000 calories worth of salad, then you still won't lose any weight.
If you are of normal weight, then there is no harm done by having bread with your tuna salad, but if you are overweight, then you would benefit by cutting out the extra calories that you would get by eating the bread.

first you go to the gym from 24-30 hours a month and get all the junk out your house for example my wife has a stir Fri witch is really healthy or you could have a salad and some chip's small portion though and a little bit of salad cream or just have a simple fruit salad or you could have the ready made weight watchers meal's and this is how you can have a healthy diet for a month.
