On average, a person who fasts, drinking water only, can lose on average between 10-11 lbs. in one week. If the fast is continued (drinking plenty of water), you can lose 7-8 lbs. the second week, 3-4 lbs. the third week and up to 3 lbs. every week thereafter. However, this is, also, dependant on each person's amount of body weight. A person who is already low in body fat can lose less and a person who has more body fat can lose more weight.
I have heard that drinking water can reduce the weight. But not sure abt the vitamins and 7 day stuffs.
You can loose lots of weight.
OMG you can but you wont lose a lot of weight. if you want to lose weight do excercise and walk at less 10 min a day. you can loss weight by drinking that but you have to keep drinking water for at less 1 year to loss weight
not just one gallon
Diet drinks are just drinks without sugar. They don't in any way make you lose weight. Better off just drinking water all day.
You may be dehydrated. You should drink a gallon of water a day. Even more if you are drinking. When drinking, make every third drink just water.
yes but no because your drinking to much water and that will just make you have to pee and be more heathier
it just practically like drinking water. so it does help you lose weight. but ive heard it also bloats your stomach, kinda like water weight
First of all, only drinking water is really hard on your body. You'll actually gain weight from all the empty calories, and you'll look anorexic. I advise just eating healthy....this diet will be really bad for you!
V8 doesn't make you loose weight . You get fat and fat did you ever look in the back it's like 30 caliories
You need to ingest more than just water, or your body will eventually shut down and just start storing all of the water - your weight loss plan will fail. Drinking that much water will make you very sick because it will cause you to urinate more and you'll use many nutrients and vitamins you need in your body. 8 - 8 ounce glasses of water per day is enough to flush out fats and toxins and keep the kidneys clear. If exercising or sports then one would need to have more water (or on hot summer days if one is perspiring a great deal.)
If you drink A LOT of water you can survive for around 30 days on average. But it really depends on factors such as your weight, the amount of fat you have (more fat = longer you survive), your health and so on. For example, an anorexic person consuming only water would probably only manage a week or two before collapsing and ending up in hospital.
