Unless you have your eating under control - nothing.
With the high calorie foods that we have so available these days, any attempt at weight loss has to start with controlling your intake.
If your eating is out of control, it's close to impossible to lose weight by exercise alone. One single cupcake can easily take almost one hour to exercise away, and then you're just back to square one, for that day.
With a good combination of dieting and exercise, it's possible to lose between 2-4 lb/week in a safe and healthy manner.
It varies from person to person. It also depends on how much weight you have to lose. A person who is obese might lose 10 pound in the first week. A person who is only a few pounds overweight would lose much less. In any case, weight loss usually slows down after the first week. Aim to lose one to two pounds per week. The healthy amount is considered to be one to two pounds per week.
It depends on how often and how much the person runs. You also need to have a healthy diet. If you run but eat junk food you wont lose weight. If you combine healthy eating with running then you can lose quite a bit of weight.
it depends on your body type. some people have like high metabolisms and they drop weight more then others. but I'm skinny and im a runner and i can tell you running about 4 miles to 5 miles atleast 5 times or more a week and eatting right u will deffs lose weight maybe 10-15 pounds in a month. and make sure to drink alot ALOT of water!!! water cleans out your system gets all the crap and bad things out. if you start drikinking alot of water i caan garente u that u will lose some weight! i hope i helped!
That depends on a number of factors: Are you running seven miles in one day, one mile a day, every day, or half a mile twice a day; what is your diet; how fast do you run, what is the temperature when you run, what is your weight, how high is your metabolism, etc. It's impossible to accurately guess, but as long as you keep your food consumption healthy, the extra exercise isn't going to do anything but help, unless you're overexercising, which it doesn't sound like you are.
There's no way of telling.
it's hugely dependent on what and how much you eat.
Calories are so much faster eaten than burnt off.
If you're overeating badly, you simply can't run hard and long enough to lose weight through exercise alone.
If you're eating about right already, then exercise for one hour Daily can lose you about 1 lbs/week.
You can lose about 5 pounds a week running 24 miles. This also depends if you have changed your diet and what you have changed your diet to.
you would lose a lot of weight if you huge and do it for a year or so daily
if you run the entire time, you could probably lose as much as half a pound. i think the temperature affects how much weight you lose though.
Soccer. MUCH more aerobic (running) excercise
depends on how lond you do it for
Like many physical sports Volleyball will help you lose weight but not very much.
a lot
The amount of weight you lose while running depends on the distance you travel. For an average person, in a mile, they lose 100 calories. 3 million tonnes
5 and a half stone to my calculation
You could loose a lot of Weight, but you need to eat something healthy so you could have energy to run
On average you burn about 100 calories per mile. If you ran 1.3 miles, you probably burned around 130 calories whether you ran that mile in 20 minutes or in a month. I pound is 3500 calories. Running 1.3 miles would therefore burn approximately 4% of a pound. If you want to lose weight, I would recommend running more than 20 minutes a month.
