Sadly, no. After you loose a ton of weight while your anorexic, your body sort of gets used to the amount your eating and that's how you can sustain that weight. Once you start to eat more, you throw your body off track and will gain weight rapidly (or at least a lot quicker than you lost it).
If you have colon cancer do you start to loose a lot of weight?
It may take too long. The body will go into 'starvation mode' where it will hold onto all of the body's fat that it can and the person may die before they see 'anorexic looking' weight loss. The stomach then gets bloated and the person will look very pregnant. The the body will start digesting the muscles, then the intestines, which will kill you if your heart doesn't fail you first. It's not worth it. Lose the weight the way you gained it, gradually.
One thing you can do is ask your doctor. If they think you are overweight or need to loose weight they should tell you and then give you specifics. If a doctor won't cut it then get a dietician and they will help you out with everything. If those two things are too exspensive for you then maybe ask friends or people around you their weights depending on if they are normal looking and not anorexic or fat. Also, you don't need to loose a specific amount of weight. It is not too important. If you want to loose weight start working out, but remember working out builds you muscles and muscles weigh amounts too!
You will start to loose weight sometimes during a pregnancy, this is normal. When you get sick and throw up you can loose weight from it. Talk to your doctor about weight loss.
