Not much. Without breakfast the body does not receive enough protein resulting in a a slower calorie burning rate. Eating healthy and exercise are MUCH more efficient in losing weight then not eating at all.

When people binge and purge they take in close to between 20,000 and 40,000 calories because it takes quite a bit to get your stomach to reject something based on no threat to the body. When you purge your food you only rid yourself of about half the calories that you just ate, it will NEVER get rid of everything no matter how many time to try it. Deciding to do something as foolish as this could eventually lead to your death, and even if you stop before you die, you could be paying for it with other health problems for the rest of your life. Bulimia nervosa or anorexia nervosa will lead to fainting, your teeth will rot and fall out, you will be in pain a lot of the time, if you get hurt, even just a slight scrape that would normally heal in a few days to a week, it will take weeks for it to heal up because your body is using all of its defenses to keep the major systems in your body running. Whatever your reasons for trying or wanting to try this for it is not worth it, please for the love of my faith in humanity do not do it. If this is truly serious please see a counselor before things get out of hand.
Purging is a sign of the dangerous and often deadly eating disorder known as bulimia nervosa. Though it can lead to some weight loss, bulimia is highly addictive and very destructive. It can ruin the body and cause many health problems, and is definitely not a good method of weight loss.
I have lost ATLEAST 7 -10 pounds a week purging. I recommend fasting during the day and binge/purge at night. Or just eat normally but purge. People who say bulimia doesn't help you lose weight are liars. How do they know if they haven't lived it? I have gone
from 290 to 220 using bulimia and it comes off quick. bulimia works.
I'm sorry but this is ridiculous. I've made myself purge, it DOES make you lose weight, but it also makes you lose teeth and hair. Stick to a healthy diet and exercise. It makes such a big difference, and you'll feel so much better about yourself.

Long story short yes, you would be cutting your calorie intake by half, a 1000 calorie meal just became a 500 Calorie meal. creating a deficient of calories will lower your weight.
to lose weight you are best eating 5 really small meals a day and doing allot of exercise. and yes it will help with losing weight eating 1 meal a day isn't good cos if u are going to do that you have to keep it up forever if you don't, when u stop ur likely to gain it bak on because having 1 meal a day is like starving yourself
