Coffee is quite benign - it really won't even hurt babies if taken in moderation ...
but be warned that some people are especially sensitive to it and may seizure.
(but the same is also true of the "cola" sodas)
Due to the bitter taste, most people wait until after the teen years to make it a habit.
you can be any age to drink it,
Absolutely not.
well i am a 12 year old, and i don't drink coffee. and considering that you are unable to spell coffee right, I've come to a conclusion that you should not drink coffee until you can actually spell it right. maybe next year bud, ;)
Coffee is not an age-restricted product. There is no legal age to consume it. Anywhere.
It's not the coffee itself that is bad for a 14 year old, it's the cafien that stunts your growth. If you were to drink one cup of coffee a day it wouldn't be bad but most kids also drink alot of energy drinks and soda. I'm 5.9 and 14 years old and I drink coffee just about every day and if you drink a cup of coffee a day with limited soda and no energy drinks then you WILL be fine.
First, clean your coffee maker. Old grounds can make coffee bitter. Then, make a pot of your favorite coffee. Get a drink mixer, and fill it with milk. Shake the drink mixer vigorously for 30 seconds. Fill half a cup with the coffee. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar. Add 3rd of cup of milk to coffee. Add the milk from the drink mixer.
