You have to be at least 15 and have valid working papers. The things you would be able to do include anything like cart boy, cashier, or baggers. You can't work on week days and only a limited # of hours on the weekends during school. Some people have asked if 14 yr. olds can get a job at Tops and the answer is no. The minimum age is at least 15.
