At 21 days old they need to be sexed, as that is when they are (possibly, but better safe than sorry, especially with young pigs) sexually mature. It is quite difficult to tell them apart when they are this young, but just try your best. Going online and printing out pictures to take along when you try to figure it out is quite helpful. I would keep on checking them for a while, just in case you did make a mistake.
You can't actually tell how old but you can ask the vet.
I don't think there is a test to tell if a guinea pig is pregnant, but a pregnant guinea pig will not let you rub its stomach. If you are still unsure, take your guinea pig to a vet.

No, you can't. Sorry!
You have to times the guinea pigs human years age by 16, like you times a dogs human years age by 7. For example if the guinea pig is 2 in human years then he will be 32 in guinea pig years.
I don't understand. A guinea pig cannot mate (successfully) until it is 7 month old.
If you only have one guinea pig get him/her another guinea pig friend of the same gender. It could be lonely.
Trust me...It's not...
yes. I had a 2 year old guinea pig and a 6 month old and the were great together.

The male guinea pig has a scrotal sac.
Unfortunately, there is no way to tell if a guinea pig has ever had babies before.
No, not at all.
A new guinea pig?

Take you guinea-pig to the vet - if they are experienced they should be able to tell if your guinea-pig is preggers or not.
No, you can't. Sorry!
