Being an adult does not count on your age. Though most people become "adults" as they get older, it is possible to be considered an adult depending on how you act and you can prove that you are one. In some causes there are grownups who can not be called "adults" because of the way they act. But this is all my personal option not fact. Now-a-days (by law) if you are 18 than you are a young adult and 21 you are a grown adult.
