∙ 14y agoMy doctor told me that they prefer you to be at least 18, but they can have them younger. I had my first one when I was 17, so I guess it depends on your needs and how bad you have to be repaired.

answer 3: Technically a breast reduction can be done at any age assuming there is a medically relevant reason for it and parental consent. ∙ 13y agoThe youngest you should be is 18. Most doctors will not do a breast reduction or any similar procedure if you aren't 18 or older. Your height, weight and breast size can all change especially between the ages of 13-18. After you turn 18, you most likely will have been the same height, weight and have had the same breast size for about 1-2 or more years. It's hard for teenagers to deal with large breasts but most doctors sadly won't do a reduction on a girl under 18 unless they have a serious medical condition diagnosed called 'hypertrophy'.
