in the last season when she is pregnant it shows her, Max, and Niles as kids and the young Fran says oh look at me I'm pregnant and still looking good even to be 29.

she is obviously not lying about her older self's age because she doesn't care.

i believe that she was lieing because she marries max who waz 44 at the time

i am pretty sure she was 42 then. Even tho the look incredible for her age. and she does care she alwase says she is in between the ages of 22 and 35 and never says the same age. she does care. growing old and dieing is her worst fear.
