I would say it's pretty popular. It has nothing on American music and it's probably not as big as Korean Pop Music right now, but there are still a lot of fans. The #1 and #2 best selling singles this year are Troublemaker by Arashi currently with 688,194 sales so I guess you could compare that to how many sales.. Justin Bieber has for a single or something LOL.
