It depends on how long you have been going out with her what type of girl she is. If she's easy to talk too and has a good easy-going personality, then she is approachable.
If you've just started going out or are thinking of dating more I'd wait a little. Mystery is what keeps a mate coming back. When YOU feel confortable then you'll know when it's time to tell her how much you like/love her.
If you are out on a date and have some quiet time together simply say, "I've enjoy going out with you and I enjoy being around you." Take it easy telling her, as women can get cold feet something too. Nature will take care of the rest.

K guys. If you really like a girl. Just tell her. unless you haven't known her for very long. but its better and much nicer to just tell her than to tease, bump into her all the time and even stare.etc. And if you stare, the girl will know you like her. Its a little to obvious. and also, don't just tell her "I LIKE YOU ALOT!" That will probably shock her and she will just sit there will a stunned look on her face (This happened to me) so make it subtle.
