One cubit is 17 to 22 inches (the length of an adult human forearm measured from the tip of the middle finger to the elbow) and a span is about 9 inches (the distance between the stretched out tips of the thumb and little finger). Six cubits plus one span is 111 inches to 141 inches, or 9 feet 3 inches to 11 feet 9 inches. Taking the average, it would be approximately 10 feet 6 inches.

141 - 189 lbs depending on your build. - Weight is not the best indicator to use as people come in several different builds. Body fat is the best way to judge if yo…u are overweight or not. Most gyms will do a free body fat test for you.
A foot is a unit of length. A cubic yard is a unit of volume. The two units are therefore incompatible.

Goliath, the Philistine champion from Gath from 1 Samuel chapter 17, stood 6 cubits and 1 span in height which totals about 9.75 feet or 3 meters . Note the Greek version …and Dead Sea Scroll read this as 4 cubits and 1 span which is 6.75 feet (2 meters). In any case Goliath was a giant of a man and some bible translations indicate his height as almost twice as tall as most men.
If you meant "cubic yard," then there are 27 cubic feet in 1 cubic yard. If you meant "cubit yard," then there is no such measurement. However, one cubit is equal to 1/2 yard,… which is equal to 1 and 1/2 feet.

It's cubic foot....not cubit foot. A cubit is a Biblical reference to the size of Noah's Ark and has no modern meaning.
1 cubic foot = 12 x 12 x 12 = 1728 cubic inches 3456 cubic inches = 3456/1728 = 2 cubic feet
