There are three levels to the tower, the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. Both of the bottom 2 levels contain various stores and restaurants. The top floor contains a small staircase leading to the very top of the tower outside, overlooking all of Paris. There is an elevator the that goes to all three floors but …the only way to get to the very top is by stairs. There is a large staircase that you can take to get to all of the floors but many people choose the elevator...it's a lot less painfull. I know all of this because I have been there!! :D (MORE)
