Yoga is not only Aasans to improve health or fitness.
Yoga in Sanskrit means 'to add' 'to unite' meaning thereby to unite yourself with God. For that in Hinduism, the yoga is explained by Rishi Patanjali as having two parts : Yama and Niyyams.
By adopting religiously .the Yama and Niyyams one can attain Moksha
