There are many different ways to become incontinent but before you try it, make sure it is truly what you want because it isn't easy/impossible to return to control over ur bladder muscles. Remember, if you're going to become incontinent then that will mean 24/7 costly diapering, issues with diaper rashes and always having fresh diapers on you.
First off, kind of tell yourself that you can't help but to wet the bed. That you don't know any better than to wet your bed. As you're going to sleep, tell yourself this over and over again.
Secondly, drink plenty of water before bed and don't use the restroom. When you feel a SLIGHT need to go, go a little bit in your pants and it will compel the brain to let the bladder relax it's muscles.
Third, for a few nights wet your pants while laying on your bed on the spot so that your brain will get used to it.
If you're really desperate for this, try watching a scary movie or something befroe bed, incontinence can also be CAUSED by many things such as what has been mentioned earlier, like too much liquid, not using the restroom before you go to sleep and nightmares. I don't suggest the nightmares part because they just aren't any fun.
Fourth and most important, when you need to go, be ready to just go right there on the spot. Don't push it out because that strengthens the muscles, just relax and let it out when you are awake for day time incontinence. Try not to think about it when you're wetting or at least work your way up to it. Remember, you have to be ready to wet your pants WHEREVER you are, whether it be in public, in front of family or friends or when you're alone whatever surface you're on. Sooner or later, you'll get used to it and won't even realize it when you need to go and the brain won't send a signal to stop the flow. It's natural for humans to adapt to things they've been exposed to over long periods of time, the same will happen with this.
If none of this works for you, I don't suggest it but you could always try hypnotism disks.

No.

Yes you can if you wear diapers 24/7 and do not need a toliet. I do not wear a diaper myself, but I find it convenient to let it go and not have to go to the toliet.
It is highly unlikely for a teenager to become incontinent from sleeping in a crib. Incontinence, or the inability to control bladder or bowel movements, is typically caused by underlying medical conditions or physical health issues, not the sleeping arrangement. If a teenager has concerns about incontinence, it is advisable to consult a healthcare professional for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment.
