I got a 2003 Chevy silverado 4x4 z71 stock suspension , and i install on it 285/75r16 tires, that's the biggest tire that you can use, i put that tire size to in a 2002 Chevy silverado work truck 4x2, with no problems. You can trust, good luck.
It depends on what part of the harness you need. Pieces and parts i would suggest the dealership for the individual pieces. If you need an entire new harness, i would suggest a company called Painless Wiring. They can provide a universal set you should be able to install without too much trouble. Good luck.
Not without modification. Two very different platforms.
The biggest size yo could put on is 265/75 R16. if you install a level kit you could install 285/75R16.
Not without modification as 2000 is the newer body style which was implemented in 1999.
The oil pressure switch is located at the back of the engine next to the distributor. Looking at it from the front of truck it will be right of distributor. Normally it can be changed without removing the distributor.
This requires a power steering pulley puller. This puller is designed to remove and install a power steering pulley without damage to the pulley and or pump. Attempting to do this without the puller will result in damaging the pulley or the pump or both.
Blowing it?
It would be easier in the long run but I wouldn't. I just replaced my wiring harness in my daughters 73 SB and although it was a real pain and took forever because I am 240 lbs, I did it without pulling anything. Well, my daughter pulled my finger once !!
You need to stop replacing the fuse and find out why it is blowing. It is blowing because you either have a short in the wiring, too small of a fuse, or the circuit is overloaded. If you remove the fuse then there is no danger of it catching on fire. Just make sure you do not install a larger fuse than is recommended.
