Some people say its impossible but its not! Here are a few simple ways to lose 20 pounds in a week: * First, look inside your fridge it's probably filled with cheese, juice, ham and other fattening items. Take out all of the stuff inside of your fridge and get rid of all your juices except for one (make sure its a V8 or cranberry)! Leave one of every fattening item except for your cheese (take all of it out). Now believe me I love cheese so I get fat free cheese sticks that way I don't have to much, and if you like bread get whole wheat. * When your at work or going out for a jog don't fill a bottle with juice, fill it up with water (if you want some kind of taste in your water use lemon or limes). * Work outs!!! Well, everyone knows that if you start a diet, you have to finish it. So, the last part of this is... go for a walk at least 25 minutes long. If you don't want to walk far, walk up and down the street 20 times.

When walking, stick your arms out and clench your hands like your about to punch someone, then make small tight circles (it will tone your arms) and for your legs, kick them up and down (yes, you will look stupid, but it's great for you)! To lose 20 pounds in one week is bad. The amount of pounds you are suppose to lose is 2 to 3 pounds to be on the safe side, higher than that number is dangerous.

Your kidding. You can loose 5 lbs in two days. First, take two caffiene pills as needed throughout the day. Get some of the liquid green laxitive and drink the whole bottle once a day. Drink only water, and eat only raw veggies and you will loose 5 lbs in 2 days.

  • It is impossible. Even if you ran 10 miles every day that whole week. Just stick to changing your eating habits and, start doing cardio exercise (it is an excellent fat burner) and the weight will come off over time.
  • I lost pounds in 1 week by going on the Loss diet. Breakfast: 1 piece of toast with 1 tablespoon of peanut butter (but not if you have a peanut allergy). Low fat or fat free cream cheese and a glass of milk. Lunch: piece of bread/toast with tuna (no mayo on at all), 1 apple/orange/banana and a glass of milk/water Dinner:1 piece of grilled chicken some fruit and milk/water. This may not be a good diet for diabetics. You will be hungry. So, if you don't like being hungry this diet is not for you. For weight loss we should take less salted food.
  • What you should do is not starve yourself, but watch your calories and your starches. Instead of fruit punch have water. Instead of a bologna sandwich try a turkey sandwich, and instead of chips have some mixed fruit. And you should also tryto maybe go walking or jogging for about 30 minutes a day. Or maybe just some kind of exercise machine and you'll lose about 20 pounds in no time but it will take you a lot longer than one week.
  • Eat breakfast so you have enough energy to go through the day. Then do a lot of exercise. 20 push-ups and 50 sit-ups, take a rest, 20 push-ups, 50 sit-ups, so on and so forth.

Mainly impossible. It is slightly possible, but you would have to exercise 2-3 times a day and go for 35 - 60 minutes on each exercise period. Drinking soda, eating junk food, candies & desserts while attempting to lose weight will immediately earn you back 200 - 1,000 + calories (depends on what it is). Junk food is cheetos, potato chips, honey buns and things like that. But, I hope this helps. Good Luck!

Diet and exercise is always the best and safest way to lose weight, but 20 lbs. may be asking for a lot for the average person to accomplish in 2 weeks. 5 to 10 pounds would be a more reasonable goal.
Sure the people on biggest loser have lost more than that in a week, but before you try any weight loss program you should consult your doctor.

That's about 7 lbs/week, or 1 lbs/day.

That's not a healthy loss rate.

Maybe possible if you're starting from obese, and have the help of dieticians and doctors.

Otherwise, don't try.

Odds are, even if you succeed, you wouldn't be able to keep it off.

There's a huge strain on your body for very Little benefit.

Not by natural means. It is possible to lose approximately 12 - 14 pounds (by fasting or during illness) if you have it to lose but that is mainly loss of fluid. Very fast weight lossis quickly regained with usually more weight gained than you lost.
