There are different homemade hair dye's you can try out. Here's a Homemade Red hair Coloring Dye to try out. The ingredients needed to make this dye would be ½ cup beet juice and ½ cup carrot juice. Get an old bowl and start mixing the juices in the bowl. Now pour the mixture to the part of the hair where you want to color. Sit under sun and let it absorb. Give and hour to dry and then rinse off.
There is no way to possible make your hair blonde without chemicals

well you can use loreal's hi color hilights in "red" to get a bright color and thats what most people use, but then again, you can also make your own hair dye with conditioner and any semi permanent hair dye. Hope this helps!!
You can wash it as you'd wash your own hair.

well many people dye their own hair at quite a young age so when ever you like, i had mine first done when I was 12 but don't ever dye your hair straight away, make sure you do the allergy skin test 2 days before applying the hair dye or you may not know that your allergic and will have an allergic reaction, which isn't nice.
It's your own hair, so yeah.
yes ofcourse at your own risk
If you think about it, you'll answer your own question. Would you dump sugar all over your hair? It would make it sticky and gross.
I washed my hair about a day and a half after dying it...at the salon i got it done. i took a bath to test my hair and just the dye from my scalp came off. you could tell from the bath water. but yea so wait a day or two to wash your hair. and if you have dandruff the dandruff comes out what ever color you died your hair. it didnt happen to me but it was funny.
Bill's hair is his own: dye, hairspray, and all.

An easy way to make your own Coontails is to first buy:The hair dye you want you Coons' to look likeAlluminum paper or Tape, NOT DUCKTAPE.Now, first divide your hair so only the part you want to dye is hanging. The rest should be put up in a bun. Then, with the tape or alluminum, wrap the parts of the hair that you don't want hair dye, this creates the coontail. Now you can apply the hair dye on. While rinsing off, you can remove the alluminum or tape, whichever you applied. Then you can air-dry or dry your hair if you want to see the result. Enjoy!
