Under the hood. Driver side. On the fire wall there are two bolts attached to it. The actual module is under the dash but you cannot get it out without undoing those bolts under the hood. There is a large cylinder device in the way with 3 bolts. Remove that. It makes it allot easier. There is also a harness plugged into the brain and a bolt that holds it in. So you have to undo it to get the harness off. Once you do those steps. Go under the dash and you will see the silver box. Wiggle it around Untill you get it out. Then reverse these steps. You have a new brain!
