How didn't it? World War II revolutionized warfare in two distinct ways:
1. Tactics. Before World War II, the primary aim of your military was to take as much territory as possible. World War II changed that and the aim became destroying the enemy army, forcing the government to surrender unconditionally. Furthermore, World War II saw the creation of the "blitzkrieg," also known as "lightning war," which saw massed tank formations penetrating single points in lines, spreading panic and quickly disproved the idea of "static defense."
2. Technology - World War II gave us radar, the jet engine, incredible new bombers, and massive new bombs to go with it.
The general question, 'How was World War II different?,' is usually asked in connection with World War I. On that basis, the Second World War differed from the First in several respects. Among other important differences, it was, first, even more widespread and destructive, with far more bitterly opposed enemies involved than the previous world-conflict witnessed. Second, it saw the return of offensive tactics and technology as supreme on the battlefield, with Germany's 'blitzkrieg' and the Japanese 'carrier-based offensive' re-introducing campaigns of movement across the war's theaters of action.
World War 1 changed warfare by stimulating research into better ranged attacking and aerial warfare. This was because of the stalemate caused by trench warfare.
lots of new weapons were invented. Also planes as well. Tanks etc. From then on ppl used them in warfare
World War 1 introduced aerial warfare with airplanes and trench warfare
Warfare in World War 2 are illegal and dangerous than warfare in World War 1.
more suffistication. atomic bombs contained more nucleus.
warfare is never good
Trench Warfare
Trench Warfare
Trench warfare was one of the new forms of warfare introduced during World War 1. Another new form of warfare was chemical warfare.
in world war 1 warfare was mainly fought in the trenches and in world war 2 there was alot of invasions and bombing.
They were the first tanks, and tanks eventually became a dominant force in warfare as we know it.
In WW1 there was a trench warfare. In the 2nd there was a different style of warfare. Like Urban Warfare or Blitzkrieg
