There's no reason to hid it, it's your decision what to do and they can not force you either way. This will change all of your lives so they deserve to know before hand and also help you so you get proper prenatal care. You will gain nothing in lying except losing their trust. Be honest and open, have a plan ready for how you see your future and how you will deal with this regarding school, education, money, the father, housing etc.
