sugars and starch are both made only of carbon, hydrogen and oxygen that is insoluble in cold water or alcohol
yes to see how cold it is
No, it will not.
how long is a time question. that would depend on the temperature it was exposed to, if in a refrigerator, the cooling capacity (how efficient is that machine at keeping the temp lower than the freezing point of the alcohol, how pure is the alcohol (since rubbing alcohol is a mixture of alcohol and water and possibly a few other substances, and maybe a few other factors I'm not thinking of. There are too many variables, without more info there can be no answer.
Well i Have actually done the test for myself hot water freezes in my freezer quicker than the cold water ....I did this about 5 years ago and I was shocked ...I used to could tell you why it would but I have lived too much life and I forgot more than I will ever know!! LOL
first take about 1ml of absolute ethanol in a test tube and add a little amount of oil to it.and then dessolve the lipids by shaking vigorously and place it to seperate them.lastly decant the alcohol into a clean test tube and add a few drops of cold water containing alcohol and then observe.
Your drug test would also have to test for alcohol. Then it would depend on the type of alcohol test. There are alcohol test that can detect alcohol use in the previous 80 hours.
Cold medicines often contain significant proportions of alcohol. The test therefore would not be a false positive if you have taken one or more of the cold medicines because the test will correctly detect the presence of alcohol.

heat it. Alcohol boils at a lower temperature than water
Alcohol test kits are available explicitly for testing gasoline. Alternatively, a person can extract water from gasoline to determine the amount of alcohol present.
My fiance and I did an experiment with hot and cold water to see which one would make ice cubes faster. Honestly they froze at about the same time. He was taught that because its hot the molecules come together faster in the cold air, but during the test it was equal. As for the salt water I would think that would come in last.
One alternate wording is At waters freezing temperaturethere are 3 test tubes, cold water is in test tube A, hot water is in test tube B, and salt water is in test tube C. Which test tube at (32 degrees) which will freeze the fastest? i hope i helped!
No, the skin would not absorb enough alcohol to alter the test results.
if you drank enough water you would never know that you drank alchol
In order to pass an alcohol urine test, refrain from drinking any alcohol. However, cleaning your body out with a lot of water and cranberry juice can help get rid of any of the alcohol toxins still lingering.
