When you are dealing with this stuff yea its kinda hard but hear it is ok this is how energy transfers when a hot partical collids with the cold partical then the heat form the hot tranfers to the cold when they collide

One of the laws of physics is the law of conservation. The law of conservation of energy states that energy may neither be created nor destroyed. Therefore the sum of all the energies in the system is a constant.

That said, energy can be transferred in many ways. This usually involves converting one type of energy into another. For example, heat energy may be converted into kinetic energy by boiling water which in turn may be converted into mechanical energy by forcing resultant steam through pipes to turn turbines which in turn is converted into electrical energy.

There are many different ways for energy to be transferred, and are limited only by human ingenuity.
