100.4 is not a fever once you have reached such a temperature you are now facing the next step higher, which is Hyperthermia. Hyperthermia is considered very dangerous and does require emergency medical treatment.
Being exhausted could just be a side effect of your Hyperthermia.
You do need to see a doctor right away, if a 24 Hour clinic is not open i do suggest you go straight to the Emergency Room.
