I am 10 weeks pregnant and my lower left side of your stomach is hurting. It will tighten up could this be the baby moving?

Its completely normal for you to experience pains in your lower abdomen during all 3 trimesters I dont think there is anything to worry about - it's usually your uterus stretching or swelling to make room for your baby. At 10 weeks its very rare to feel your baby move and the movements usually feel like light bubbles bursting - not tightening sensation.
