There is a slim chance of you being pregnant.
Cramping is totally normal aslong as there is no bleeding. Cramping is totally normal aslong as there is no bleeding.
Usually a miscarriage happens because the baby passed away, before any cramping or bleeding started.
Probably not. A week or so either way doesn't mean you are pregnant and some months you don't have all the symptoms. If it was a miscarriage you would have had more than that.
You should contact your doctor right away to prevent miscarriage.
I also started spotting red blood when I was 6 weeks pregnant and unfortantly it turned out to be a miscarriage. If the bleeding continues you should go to the ER and have it checked out. With me it started as a ting of blood and progressed to being bloody like a period. I also had cramping. Around 6 weeks is a common time to experience a miscarriage. 1 in 5 pregnancy result in a miscarriage so it is more common then thought. Hopefully things will work out for you but remember if it does turn out to be a miscarriage it doesn't mean that there is anything wrong with you because unfortantly it is more common then you might think. Good Luck!

Go see a REAL doctor.
Implantation bleeding but doesn't always mean your pregnant though

If you are pregnant and bleeding red call your doctor ASAP. If you recently had sex it could just be from a sensitive cervix. When i was pregnant and spotting my docs office told me no sex and I was on bed rest for 7 days after the spotting ended.
Not always. I just started spotting brown when i had my miscarriage. didn't know it was happening until they did my hcg levels and they were going down. I had no cramps, just blood and blood clots.Although, I have heard the first period after a miscarriage can be heavier and more crampy, but I have not had it yet.
