I have a guinea pig cage in a room with no windows so i turn on the lamp in the morning for light so it can act as sunlight should i leave the lamp on at night Would it cause health problems?

Keep the light on in the day, then turn it on at night. they need to get use to that they should sleep at night. or else they will believe it is still day. so keep it on in theday and off at night.
