I have a lump in my neck on the right hand side of my spine it crunches my spine and causes headaches and pain what could this be?

Have you noticed it growing or shrinking? It sounds like a myofascial trigger point (knot in your muscle). Usually these are caused by overuse or stress when the muscle is basically "on" and doesn't relax. Massage Therapy and exercise are the usual recommendations.
