I have also been having these sharp pains in my left breast i cant help but think its my heart in distress is this silly. I have no real heart problems and Im 24 yrs old?

Anything is possible with the human body. Atlhough most heart conditions are more common in older folks, young people are also susceptible to complications. It could very well be heart problems if your pain is centralized beneath the breast. If you are physically active, try to drink more fluids and if the pain remains consistent or worsens get a physical or see your family doctor and explain what you're feeling.
