I married a US citizen in the Philippines he returned to the US and he left me to process the papers I have a multiple entry US tourist visa before I married him can I use this visa to go to the US?

Moreover, if you LIE about your marriage status you will regret it when you try to adjust status in the U.S. Your husband needs to move forward at this point. As the U.S. citizen, the U.S. government gives HIM the privilege to petition for you to immigrate to the U.S. He should decide whether he wants to petition for a K3 or IR visa.
