I have/had the same as you. I think they call it referred or transferred pain.
I would suggest take the pain killers that have been prescribed for you.
If you had it checked out and its ok, then it should be ok. Just referred pain.

Have it checked for infection .
It is normal to see that the tissue after extraction has turned white on or about the third day after. This is part of the healing process. If the gums are red and painful then you will need to have it checked.

I would imagine the whole ear, and if an infection spreads from the throat to the ear, then you should really get that checked.
You could have a urinary track infection or some other infection. Get it checked out by a doctor either way. This is not a symptom of HIV/AIDS.
You could possible have a kidney stone if you are seeing blood in your urine. If you have no infection, ask the doctor to check for kidney stones.
The sinus infection itself might not even be an infection but could be the sign of a worse illness, so if the conditions that you think are a sinus infection dont go away you need to get it checked out as it could be due to pressure in the skull.
