Neither the Jews nor Jesus created God. There is no being on Earth worthy enough to create God. Only a perfect being can create the perfect God.

Answer:When arguing for the existence of God, we should point to (for example) the vast wisdom in the Creation. We shouldn't argue that everything, including God, must have had a maker, since when dealing with an infinity such "logic" becomes meaningless sophistry.

none, no one had created god.. because it says in The Bible that god has no beginning and no end.

Man created god in his image! The big bang and evolution created man, not an imaginary, invisible, fictional character!

The bible is prehistoric, ancient, superstitious, imaginary Fairy Tales that were made up by primitive, uneducated man before the big bang and evolution were discovered. The same primitive humans that made up the god and bible fairy tales believed that the sun and all heavenly bodies revolved around the earth!

Answer:

The question is based on a fallacy. We believe in God not because of causality but because of the infinite wisdom in the world around us. Each cell is a veritable city containing hundreds of complex factories.

Answer 1

An old question that is often used to pull religion of any kind into disrepute is one that refers to the origin of God.

Many people say that if God created the heavens and the earth and indeed the whole of creation, then something must have in turn created God in the first place. It comes to a simple matter: God has, and always will exist. The bible tell us that "In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth" (Genesis 1:1) so we know that God was already there in the beginning. It tells us that before the world, before everything, God was already there.

It goes on to tell us that things like "The hope of eternal life, which God... promised before the beginning of time" (Titus 1:2) and "we speak of God's secret wisdom, a wisdom that has been hidden and that God destined for our glory before time began" (1 Corinthians 2:7) both of which talk about God existing before the beginning of time.

Time is a tricky topic. Our perception of time is a human perception and not the view of God. God created time and therefore he must have existed both before and outside of the constraints of our concept of time. The idea that time was brought into existence with the rest of creation is nothing new. Plato can be quoted as saying: "Time, accordingly, was created along with the heavens; in order that, coming into being together, they might also be together dissolved, if ever their dissolution should take place." He surmised from the passage in Genesis, that since God created the first day along with the earth and the heavens, He created time as we know it.

Some would say that the universe came from nothing, such as the big bang theory, but we all know that from nothing, nothing can come. If there was nothing to begin with, then nothing could have been created. But the world does exist, as does the rest of creation. Since there could never have absolutely nothing there must have always been something in existence, and this is God. God has therefore always been in existence and was not "created."

One of the shortcomings of humans is that we lack the ability to understand things at the level that God does. We are not able to comprehend how these things can come to pass, nor can we explain the mysteries of God and his ways. This is where faith comes in. Without faith we can not begin to understand God or his existence. Thus, it is only faith that can lead anyone to truly begin to perceive God and his ways.

Answer 2

Don't think in human terms. For example, God CREATED time; don't just think that He is separate from it, but that it only exists in human reality. God is not subject to things in human reality. Just think of it as something you'll never really understand, because of the Fall and you exist in human reality. Live by faith.

No one created God. God always was and always is.

(Genesis 1:1a) In the beginning God.

Jesus also said "I am the alpha and the omega the beginning and the end."

I know it is difficult but don't think of heaven as a different country but a different universe.

See the following quotes to answer your question.

God exists in timeless eternity '' How does God acting before time began get around the problem of God's creation? There are two possible interpretations of these verses. One is that God exists outside of time. Since we live in a universe of cause and effect, we naturally assume that this is the only way in which any kind of existence can function. However, the premise is false. Without the dimension of time, there is no cause and effect, and all things that could exist in such a realm would have no need of being caused, but would have always existed. Therefore, God has no need of being created, but, in fact, created the time dimension of our universe specifically for a reason - so that cause and effect would exist for us. However, since God created time, cause and effect would never apply to His existence.''

God exists in Multiple Dimensions of Time

The second interpretation is that God exists in more than one dimension of time. Things that exist in one dimension of time are restricted to time's arrow and are confined to cause and effect. However, two dimensions of time form a plane of time, which has no beginning and no end and is not restricted to any single direction. A being that exists in at least two dimensions of time can travel anywhere in time and yet never had a beginning, since a plane of time has no starting point. Either interpretation leads one to the conclusion that God has no need of having been created.

What must the cause of the universe have been like?

The cause of the universe must have been non-material because if the cause was material / natural, it would be subject to the same laws of decay as the universe. That means it would have to have had a beginning itself and you have the same problem as cycles of births and deaths of universes. So the cause of the universe's beginning must have been super-natural, i.e. non-material or spirit-a cause outside of space-matter-time. Such a cause would not be subject to the law of decay and so would not have a beginning. That is, the cause had to be eternal spirit.''

  • ''The universe (including time itself) can be shown to have had a beginning.
  • It is unreasonable to believe something could begin to exist without a cause.
  • The universe therefore requires a cause, just as Genesis 1:1 and Romans 1:20 teach.
  • God, as creator of time, is outside of time. Since therefore He has no beginning in time, He has always existed, so doesn't need a cause.''

Jewish Answer:
It is a fallacy of logic to appeal to the "everything must have a creator" argument in trying to explain the existence of God. Everything created needed a creator, but God is not in that category. He is greater than the universe, not limited by it or its limits, and is outside the bounds of time or causality.
Rather, you can show God's existence by pointing to the bottomless, infinite wisdom which we see in the Creation.

This is an issue that non-religious people try to force religious people to answer, but from a religious position, it is an irrelevant question. One of the attributes of God in the belief of monotheists is that God is a constant that exists outside of the universe and time and is not subject to the laws of causality or formation. The idea of having a progenitor for God does not make sense. It is similar, in a number of respects, to theories in science currently being formulated concerning the Big Bang just occurring without any causal nature.

Of course, non-religious people respond that saying that God does not need a cause or that God is cause-less is either the logical fallacy of special pleading (when a person makes an argument that this particular case can violate the rules because it is special, but not for a discernible reason) or is just a convenient way to avoid an issue without actually explaining anything.

How would you use the old testament to reply to someone who says that in all religions we make God in our image?

The Bible says God was in existence before man: Gen 1:1 In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. and man was created in God's image. Genesis 1:26,27 Then God said, "Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth." So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them.
