At 18 years old I was asking the same question. I am now 24 and my husband lives in Mexico and I live in the United States we have a 4 year old son who lives in Mexico with my husband. The short answer to your question is NO. The United States government doesn't care about destroying families when a law is broken. So what can you do? Tell him to go back don't marry him then apply for a visa (mail order style) I know it may sound crazy but it is easier to get a visa for someone you want to marry than it is to get one for your husband.
if an illegal Mexican marries an American they can't go back into Mexico and reenter the United States legally. They can only go to Mexico and reenter legally if they have been granted a Visa.

Your spouse has to sponsor you for immigration to Mexico.
Yes, you do.
The citizen spouse has no recourse to the action as US immigration laws no longer allow a citizen spouse to apply for residency for an illegal immigrant spouse. The Mexican national will have to leave the US and file under the required USCIS regulations for reentry.
Yes. You must be Mexican by birthright and have one or both parents of Mexican citizenship.
