I suffered from regular headaches for a period of time and I found that I was able to solve the issue with a few changes in my daily routine.
1. Eat a breakfast (dont have to be bacon and eggs, but something) Many dont get hungry first thing in the morning or dont have time, but you must look at it as an exercise of good health, rather than feeding hunger.
2. Eat a good lunch. --your body needs mid day fuel.
3. Stress management: If you feel yourself getting stressed out you have to overcome it. Take a walk or a small breather and then address the problem with a clear head.
You also have to leave your problems at the office. Tell yourself the second you walk away from the job. " this is my time now " ---the end of day / evening is your time to collect your thoughts and enjoy yourself.. so do it. The morning will come soon enough and you can address issues again at that point.
Good luck --this did it for me.
If you have been having headaches for 3 months, you should go see a doctor. It may be something serious such as a tumor or something as simple as a imbalance in the body.
yes id be worried. Best to have a serious talk.
It could be a varacous vein , see your doctor about it..
Not as long as you keep having them. If they are regular that is what is normal for you. If not they can be regulated.
If you have been experiencing headaches for at least a month then you should see a doctor to find out what is causing them. The stress of worrying could also be causing them.
Body aches, nausea, fatigue, and headaches are common after an auto accident. You should get a general medical examination as soon as possible after a serious collision, to avoid long-term complications from an injury.

Yes, bleeding from the ear after head trauma can be serious. Go to the emergency room immediately to have it checked out. Are you experiencing any headaches, dizziness, vomiting, blurred vision? All signs of a concussion. Or it could be a ruptured eardrum from the hit. Either way, GO NOW!
