Personally, I have a zero tolerance for statements like that. I realize that at times people say things in the heat of anger they really do not mean. However, If you are consistently verbally abused, I would tell him to go ahead, Then it would be your time to move on.

It is really up to the woman. If you spent all night trying to please him or whatever, then he turns around and basically tells you that its not going to work, take his advice and find someone better, someone more worthy or your efforts and love. You would be much happier to find someone else who would appriciate you unlike this guy you were nurturing, as you called it. AnswerNo.
