I'm no ER doctor, but this patient needs one STAT. The umbilicus is (should be) mostly vestigial by the time a patient is born. The pain within the belly-button could indicate a hernia, an anastamosis, or be reflected pain associated with appendicitis. The only "organs" located within range of the belly-button are a couple of blood vessels, and maybe the colon if the pain is originating deep enough.
Presumably is the patient considers it to be stomach ache it is fairly deep discomfort. The pain may be due to a problem with the small intestine or possibly the transverse colon unless it is referred pain of course.
The organs in the umbilical region that could be the source of pain include the small intestine (obstruction), pancreas (pancreatitis), abdominal aorta (aneurysm), transverse colon (diverticulitis), or a distended urinary bladder.
stomach , pancreas and esophagus .

The epigastric region is superior to the umbilical region.
navel=depression in front of belly left by the remains of the umbilical cord-commonly known as your belly button. Naval=to do with ships/navy >> The Umbilical Region :)
Umbilical Region- the centermost region deep to and surrounding the umbilicus (naval).Epigastic Region- located superior to the umbilical region (epi= upon, above; gasti = belly)Hypogastric (pubic) Region- located inferior to the umbilical region (hypo = below).Right and Left Iliac or Inguinal, Regions-located lateral to the hypogastric region (iliac = superior part of the hip bone)Right and Left Lumbar Regions- lie lateral to the umbilical region (lumbus = loin).Right and Left Hypochondriac Regions- flank the epiqastric region laterally (chondro = cartilage).
the 9 abdominopelvic regions are: 1 epigastric - located in the right upper quadrant 2 right hypochondriac - located in the right upper quadrant 3 umbilical - located centrally in the right/left quadrant 4 right lumbar - located in right lower quadrant 5 hypogastric located in right lower quadrant 6 right iliac - located in right lower quadrant 7 left hypochondriac - left upper quadranrt 8 left lumbar - left lumbar - left lower quadrant 9 left iliac - left lower quadrant

The right and left lumbar regions are located adjacent to the umbilical region.
The umbilical region.
The umbilical cord connects the navel of a fetus with the placenta. When the baby is born the umbilical cord is cut. The belly button is the location where the umbilical cord connected to the placenta.
Same place as humans. Where their belly button goes.
Abdominal wall dimensions and umbilical position vary widely with BMI and should be taken into account when choosing port locations .It's located on the stomach. it is located at the center of the abdominal wall

This procedure repairs a hernia that occurs when the intestines bulge through the abdomen wall near the navel. Umbilical hernias are most common in infants. An incision is made near the navel. The hernia is located and the intestines.
The nutrients of the baby is located at the placenta while the umbilical cord links the placenta and the baby.
On the belly. It's where the umbilical cord used to be when she was a calf. It's also located where the sheath and urethra is on bulls and steers.
