Children are children and I have no idea why you are picking and choosing. You had this child together so this child counts too. Of course you can leave your Estate to anyone you like in your Will, but your wife, relatives, children can contest this Will. The child that is left out of the Will can at least "contest the will." This means that child can go to court and perhaps win. Even if they don't win it can tie the Will up for a few years if things get nasty. Rethink this one and get the advice of a lawyer. Marcy

Have you seen the will? Does it say this? You may be able to contest the will depending on the law of your country. Take legal advice. Could be expensive.
