Answer 1
A Muslim should & is supposed to treat all people very kindly & fairly as Islam teaches.
Answer 2
It depends on (1) how the question is intended and (2) the particular Muslim man in question.
If the question is just asking about normal interactions, such as business dealings, tourism, co-workers, or just friends, Muslim men are probably not going to be an issue. You may have some difficulties, but no more so than you would expect with any other person.
If the question is asking about serious relationships with Muslim men, such as marriage or joint-child raising, then it really depends on the man. Some Muslims are open and modern and really allow their wives to practice their faith as equals and teach it to their children as well as them teaching Islam to the child. Most, however, are stricter and are not used to sharing a home between two religions. This can cause animosity and problems in the relationship. However, it is unlikely that you will be pressured into converting yourself.
My experience as a non-Muslim is largely one of almost unfailing courtesy. Of course if there is, as we know, a small minority of Muslim terrorists, then there must be many who are neither extreme - neither terrorist nor overly courteous. But I am struck with the good nature of so many Muslims.
If you ask as a prospective bride, most Muslim men still expect you to be submissive. Undoubtedly, under sharia law, women have lesser rights than men.
You may expect truth, honesty, straightforwardness, kindness, friendship, loyalty, and compassion from a Muslim.
