The question is unclear, but if the intent is to move back into the mobile home you were evicted from, then no. If you even enter the park again after eviction, you could be arrested for trespassing. Once you are evicted, you are barred from entering again.

If you are evicted from a mobile home park in Texas how long do you have to move your home?

After the issuance of a writ of possession, which is not the same as an eviction, you have 30 days if lot rent is paid, 5 days if it is not.

If you own your mobile home what happens if you are evicted from the mobile home park you are renting a lot from and you dont have the money to move it?

The home is still yours, therefore you still have to pay rent as long as it sits there. But you have been evicted, so you cannot live there. Best bet is to see if the park will buy it or find someone to buy it. Get what you can for it. Or if its not worth alot to you, abandon it. This happens more than you would think. BTW, they are called "mobile homes" but they are not as mobile as you might think. They cost about $8K to $12k to move (tear down, move, set-up). If this home is really old it may fall apart.

Are you allowed tq remove your mobile home from a park?

If you own the mobile home, then you have the right to remove it from the mobile home park, unless you are in a lease agreement between you and the mobile home park.

What happens in WA State if a tenant owner of a mobile home in a park dies The home is left to the daughter...her application for tenancy was denied?

In Washington state, if a home owner dies and leaves his/her mobile home to another and the heir is denied occupancy of the mobile home park, the mobile home will have to be moved. Other options would be to sell the mobile home to persons approved by the park, or to rent to approved persons.

What if mobile home park wont approve your buyer?

1st find out why they were not approved and try an appeal or more then likely you will have to find a new buyer I'm not saying this is in your park but some times park managers will deny a buyer hoping you go broke and can't pay the rent and pay for a new place so you give the trailer to the park and then they resell that's not always the case but it happend to me
