It would be better for the environment because a normal car can only fit 5 passengers but on the otherside, a bus can fit about 50 passengers.
You will usually get different answers from different people depending on what they believe to be true and whether or not they believe what politicians have been telling them.
It has been discovered on more than one occasion and as recent as 2010 that scientists that were appointed to investigate whether or not human pollution has any impact on our global environment have altered their data from the truth to make it appear that humans are damaging the environment.
What I and many others believe is that based on the true data of the appointed scientists that global warming and other environmental impacts is a natural occurrence in nature and not caused by humans or their machines. The Earth has warm periods and cool periods and this what their data truly shows but certain politicians have an agenda to raise money for the government by using scare tactics that humans are responsible for damaging our environment through CO2 gases and other pollutants in order to charge taxes or impose restrictions on certain industries and even exploit other industrial countries.
The environment will get polluted with Carbon Dioxide
It would be better for the environment.
Public transport are transports that are available to the general public and one can take the transport as long as they pay for it. Private transport is mostly owned by individuals. Some example of public transport can be buses and trains. Taking public transport can help to conserve the environment as less resources is consumed.
on average 30,000 people use public transport
it would be better
I dont think the number would change, because those who take public transport usually do not have money to buy cars, not that they want to help the environment.

In general the answer is that the same trip carried out by public transport is better for the environment than the private car, however, the answer is sometimes more complicated. For instance, if someone buys a car they may change their journey completely rather than shopping in central Manchester, they may go to the Trafford Centre instead. Nearly all the car traffic growth since 1950 has been caused by long car journeys replacing short bus and walking ones. We do know from experience in Sheffield that good, cheap public transport means that many people will choose not to buy a car. We also know from London that regulated, integrated public transport really can attract people out of their cars, reduce pollution and make towns and cities a better place to live in. But good public transport is only part of the answer. Planners must only agree development at places that are easy to get to by public transport, otherwise car use and the associated environmental damage such as pollution, noise and new roads will continue to increase.
Social equity means that all people have equal access to public transport.
