Don't starve yourself! Here's a tip, eat slowly... How? Eat all of your food with chopsticks. Budget your food so that you can only finish after fifteen minutes from the time you started your meal. Eat only three times a day, with the food amounting only to two cups per meal. If you're hungry, and it's not yet time to eat, drink protein or fruit shakes, make it at home, and don't put bags of sugar, put only three in one glass. Or better yet, substitute sugar with honey, so that you can have no limits. One more thing, one glass of water before you eat, drink it slowly. Drink water after four bites of food while you're eating. It's more advisable to substitute water with fruit juices, just make it yourself, don't add sugar, just honey. That's that.. And if you ask, I'm not a doctor, thank you very much... You might lose all that weight for about three weeks or so, less if you exercise. But to be honest, I don't like to exercise. All I can say is that I think you don't need to lose the pounds, what is your height? I'm just fifteen, and I'm from the Philippines...
Why would you even ask this?Starving yourself is not the answer.Take it from me. I've struggled with anorexia for almost 3 years now, and it's horrible. Eat healthy foods, exercise, and be happy.Don't do this to yourself.
For the most part, at age 10 girls aren't interested in boys, however to feel better about yourself you should exercise 3-4 times a week and just eat healthy. (Don't starve yourself!)
I'm 11 years of age and I am 5'2. I weight 88.4 pounds. I am an active,healthy, female. The average weight is about 92.5 pounds. This may very for a male. And, for our age, does it really matter? I mean, don't be as big as a house, but don't starve yourself to death!! -Joanna
i LITERALY feel the same exact way. i am 93 pounds at 5 4" and everyone tells me i am skinny, but i think im normal or evn a little to much. i dont starve mself and i eat normal im just kinda self concius i think its just a phase:) just try to look past it and see all the things you really love about yourself when u look in thr mirror- and o ya dont starve yourself

Take this from someone who has been through this before. It is not the way to go, trust me. I'm 13 years old and I used to weigh 148 pounds. I got down to 112 pounds by exercising and eating right. But then i started to starve myself. I got down to 94 pounds. But I became so weak that I wasn't able to exercise because I didn't have enough nutrition in my body to keep me going. So if you starve yourself, you won't be able to exercise. You might be able to a few times like I did but I ended up fainting during the workout or a little while afterwards. I deprived myself from my favorite foods for so long that in the past 3 days, I gave in and binged on mostly everything in my house and gained 5 pounds. I think eating healthy foods along with exercise worked a whole lot better! I had more energy, i felt more confident about myself, I was able to exercise alot longer (which was a big plus), and I lost weight faster without gaining part of it back in 3 days!
