What would you like to do?
Right now, your BMI (Body Mass Index) is about 21. This is very much into the "healthy" range. You don't need to lose any weight. If you wanted to lose 5 pounds, try some simple things. Maybe cut out some extra calories from your diet, like don't eat ice cream or have that chocolate bar as a snack after dinner every night. Pair that up with some more exercise, like running, jogging, walking, biking, yoga, or so much more. Drink lots of water and make sure you are burning enough calories through exercise.

Answer It's impossible to lose 15 lbs. in 1 week. Women carry a layer of fat under the skin where men don't so men lose weight faster, but, a man couldn't lose …15 lbs. in a week either. In women yeast seems to be the problem. If you give up breads, buns, or anything with yeast in it for 6 weeks NO MORE and eat at least 3 1/2 ounces of protein at each meal, lots of veggies and fruits, eat those leafy greens (good fiber and it will naturally make you have more bowel movements that are normal), drink 8 glasses of a water a day to flush out fats and toxins and exercise you get a good start on the loss of that 15 lbs. After 6 weeks without yeast gradually introduce some of it back into your diet (but don't over-do the yeast.) There are no magic pills for losing weight, but learning to control your own eating habits. There are pills on the market but they are not good for the body.
U can use a healthy diet to lose 100
That doesn't sound entirely safe (or more importantly healthy). Its reccomended that no more than 1-2 pounds are lost per week, so seven times that seems unfeasible and danger…ous. One pound is equal to 3500 calories. So by burning calories you shed some pounds. Your body also needs calorie intake to function, which is recommended at 2500 for men, and 2000 for women (depending on your source). To reduce your calorie intake is suggested by a maximum of 1000 calories. So your body will still have something to run on. If it is too much less than this then your body goes into starvation mode clinging to every calorie its got, so you won't lose anything. I find time and budget as an issue, so walking is my thing. Weighing 225 pounds means you can burn about 500 to 600 calories by just walking around for 2 hours...that can be going for a stroll through the park or going for some retail therapy. Now, if you were to do that once a day for a week, you'd only just burn through that 3500 calories for that one pound in that week. Assuming you've been eating relatively healthily that is. If you were to go for more rigorous exercise and step up to the losing 2 pounds a week (or potentially a bit more...even though its ill advised), you'd still be looking at 7 weeks. I would advise setting a realistic (but challenging) goal of losing that 15 pounds in 2-3 months through healthy eating and good old fashioned exercise.
Walk, walk and walk some more and drink LOTS of water! I went from being over 300 pounds down to 200 in a year just by walking. It's pure weight loss. When you do workout vide…os you gain muscle weight which in return makes you feel like you're not doing anything because you're still the same size. It took me a while to figure that one out. Dieting on top of the walking helps out. But the longer it takes for you to lose the weight the longer it'll stay off. Experience once again. Always be happy with who you are. Don't let anyone say otherwise. It didn't take you a day to put on all that weight, so it's not going off over night. Good luck!
You are 26 years old and weigh 140 pounds you want to lose 10-12 pounds in a month What is the best way to do it?

In order to lose weight you should create a calorie deficit. In order to lose 1 pound a week you should cut 500 calories a day from your diet or burn this amount of extra …calories a day.
If you're 5'10" and 145 lbs you don't need to lose 10 lbs. Suggested weight for a 5'10" woman is 150 lbs. If you lose any more weight you might be losing muscle mass and not f…at.
Well i am trying to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks before going back to school. you have to eat heathly, most problem that te4een agers have is sitting down in front if the TV, …internet and/or doing nothing and snaking on food. you can lose weight if you be active and stop snaking. for breakfast eat eggs fruits yougart and some milk. for lunch eat vegtables meat/fish/chicken and at the end eat some fruit. for dinner eat soup vegtables and pasta. Don't eat later than 8 pm Do lots running and exericse at home or anywhere, theres no need to go to the gym. thats all that i know of well good luck.
Catch a really bad wasting disease. 100 pounds in 4 months is entirely unrealistic if you wish to remain healthy and to reach a sustainable result. Hope for somethi…ng like 2 pounds/week instead, which you can reach w/o risking your health and on a diet that'll look pretty much like regular food.
I would say it depends on how you diet and how active you are. A few years ago I lost 45 pounds in 10 weeks. I'm 5'7" & at the start I weighed 193 lbs & got under 150 lbs at t…he end. I stayed on a relatively strict diet keeping carb grams at or under 65 per day, ate a lot of proteins & balanced everything out over 6 meals per day. At any one meal, my protein intake did not exceed 3 oz. A key to my success is that I also am a very active swimmer and worked out vigorously in the pool for an hour, about 5 to 6 days per week. I also occasionally did a treadmill workout trying to keep my heart rate at about 65% of maximum for a prolonged period of time. On this I eventually worked up to 1 hour sessions. Even walking is a good way to burn calories. I was often hungry & if I wanted to cheat, I ate some kind of small portion of protein. If you are inclined to cheat, stay away from breads, cheese etc as these are very good at defeating any diet, but my cheating was minimal and, as I got into the diet, my periods of being hungry lessened. That all said, my guess on losing 110 lbs might be a good 6 months or more if you stay focused on the diet, don't cheat, & get some kind of regular exercise for an hour, 5 or 6 days per week. The upside is, if you do it, how much fun it is to fit into smaller cloths. When my weight is down, I also look younger - an added benefit for someone in their 50's. Also - I am diabetic, have high blood pressure, & high cholesterol - I take daily medication for each of these. With the weight off, my medication doses are reduced or even eliminated - all a good thing. Forget about it, unless you sign up for liposuction. Any weight loss at that rate will be mostly fluid lost, which you are likely to put right back on once you go back to a no…rmal diet.
Let it take time. You didn't put it on overnight, so don't expect to shed it overnight. You need a lifestyle change, and it takes time fo new, healthier habits to form. But if… you stick with something like weightwatchers you should be able to do it within two years. Bottom line is that you need to control what you eat, the foods we have available today are so high in energy that it's really easy to overeat.
The only way you can lose 10 pounds in a week is but cutting out 35,000 calories a week, which is almost impossible. Because there are 3500 calories in one pound that means yo…u have to starve for a week and burn 10,500 calories in that week. So, that goal is pretty impossible because by the third day you would probably feel like you are about to faint or actually faint while working out. You would not have the energy required. A more reachable goal is 10 pounds in a month. You could work out for about a hour every day in that month and cut down your calorie intake to about no more than 1500 calories a day. This would be hard but perhaps not unreachable.
With lots of exercise and mostly protein diet 6 -8 weeks. (2-3 hours per day of intense exercise can be an hour 3 times a day)
