You know with my 5 pregnancies they did and were very sore, but i am pregnant now and i cut out dairy products, or at least I am limiting it a lot, and i have no breast pain, no swelling, just a tiny bit of tingling from time to time. If you are not consuming much dairy you may not get breast pain at all, the pain is caused for the most part by the horomones in the cows milk giving the pregnant body signals to produce and grow, the way the mother cow would very quickly, and it is not normal for humans, so we get pain, and swelling very early on in pregnancy. i would look into this if you are interested.

∙ 13y agoYour whole body starts to grow into adult form from puberty until you are around 21. Different parts grow different speed and not all the time but in growth spurts. So it's impossible to say how long it will take for your breasts to grow.
Your breasts will grow at the rate, and to the size, determined by your genetics, i.e. in their own time. Give them time and don't worry about it. There is more to life than just large breasts, or large penises, for that matter. As noted above, some people mature at different times and puberty is a process that takes several years to complete.
