Essentially it will take a long time for your body to start losing weight because you body goes into starvation mode. So if you do eat very little like one strawberry a day (or anything in small portions) your body think " Hey, this is the only food I am going to get for a while so I am going to store it up!" So instead of your body turning all the nutrients into good carbs or protiens, it stores and your body doesn't use it for energy. Eventually if you don't eat for a long enough period of time your body will start using muscle to live off of and you will basically diminish and become extremely weak.

If you dont eat nothing it means that 1). Your anorexic or 2). You just want to lose weight right away and yes it will make you lose weight but in an unhealthy way so just do the basics like eat right excercise n watch over yourself keep eatiing right dont force yourself to lose weight

That is ridiculous. If you did not eat you would die. You need to eat at least 1000 calories a day in order to remain healthy. It also depends on your exercise. Michael Phelps ate 8000 calories a day when he was training. If you really want to lose weight, try asking your doctor about effective ways to do so.

No, you lose pounds, but most of it is water weight and muscle, starving does allow you to lose weight, but you metabolism slows down to adjust for the lack of food your eating, so now if you eat a big meal, your metabolism has slowed down and it will now take longer to burn the calories from the meal you just ate because your metabolism got slowed down, so, in the long run, not eating can and does make you get fatter because you slowed down your metabolism by not eating, take all 3 meals you normally eat and divide the same 3 meals into 6 smaller meals and you will actually speed up your metabolism eating the same 3 meals all through out the day, smaller portions several times a day speeds up metabolism and is easier to digest smaller meals than a big meal all at one sitting.

It's possible. There have been a lot of studies showing people who didn't eat breakfast were more likely to gain weight and actually eat more throughout the day. They also weren't as sufficient in a lot of vitamins and minerals as people that had eaten breakfast.

Yes, after three days of not eating, the body starts to burn fat cells. But you stop being hungry after that, and you could eventually die of starvation. THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO LOSE WEIGHT.The best way to lose weight is to just exercise and eat healthy.

Yes. Your body stores more fats, reserving them, therefore making one gain weight. The best way to lost weight is to eat right and exercise often; not starving yourself. If you starve yourself, you become more hungry, and oftentimes surrender and eat large amounts of food.
